Now you can take your favourite radio station with you wherever you go. We had the pleasure of building an iPhone/iPod app for the awesome guys and girls over at CKXS FM 99.1 in Wallaceburg. Available in the Apple App Store as a free download, you can now stream the radio station live, visit the CKXS Facebook page, check out the latest on the website as well as a read the bios of the on-air jocks. Download it here for iOS 5 and soon for iOS 3 & 4.
Thames House Brewing Company is a new Chatham-based craft small-batch brewery still in the development phases. Logix is involved in the complete branding of the company. Their name is derived from the Thames river that flows through the centre of Chatham. Opening in 2012, the brewery will fully introduce craft beer to the local market with special brews that will include local ingredients, seasonals, food pairing, one-off recipes and more.

Logix worked with Beakbane in Toronto to create a custom Facebook contest campaign for Duty Free Canada. We programmed a contest database that provided a brief survey which resulted in a cartoon character being generated. The image was automatically uploaded to Facebook along with a creative quote the user made up. A custom tab was created on the Duty Free Facebook page that showcased all of the entries and allowed voting on the best caption.
Logix was hired to set up Wallaceburg’s CKXS FM radio station with live online streaming. Utilizing Shoutcast media server, we set up the service to allow streaming through all browsers and multiple audio applications. Listen live 24/7 to one of Chatham-Kent’s best radio stations!
